Holly – Ilex Crenata ‘Green Hedger’ 10 Litre

Ilex Crenata Green Hedger is a hardy evergreen shrub with compact glossy green foliage ideal for trimming into topiary shapes or used as a hedge. This holly is a popular replacement for Buxus (Box) hedges. It has dense glossy evergreen green leaves and tiny white flowers in summer, followed by tiny black berries. This Ilex thrives in full sun or partial shade and is tolerant of all soil types whether in a container or the ground. It grows best in moist but well drained soil and dislikes waterlogged soil. The potential height is 1 metre and the potential spread is 1 metre, but can be pruned to be any shape and size you desire.
