Shipping Information
We offer worldwide shipping, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Please see below for our shipping options and timeframes.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for delivery. The shipping cost is £12.95. Delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: For orders over £50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Important Note: Due to the perishable nature of living products, the following items are non-returnable and considered final sale:
- All living plants and hedges from the following categories: Alpine & Rockery, Bedding & Patio Plants, Climbers & Wall Shrubs, Cottage Garden, Garden Plants, Growing From Seeds & Cuttings, Herbs & Fruit, Indoor Plants & Pots, Instant Impact, and Living Screens & Hedges.
This policy is in place to ensure plant health and biosecurity.
Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions.
- Wait for Instructions: Do not send anything back without an RMA number, as we cannot process unauthorised returns.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered).
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Please note:
- The original cost of Standard Shipping (£12.95) is non-refundable.
- For orders that qualified for Free Shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] and follow the returns process outlined above.
