Eligibility:

Non-returnable items: All living plants and hedges are final sale due to their perishable nature.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error. The original standard shipping cost (£12.95) is non-refundable. For free shipping orders, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process approved refunds within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges:
